All TinyThinko products are digital downloads (printable PDF files). No physical item is shipped, so there is nothing to return.
When we will help
- The file won't open, is damaged or incomplete: contact us and we'll send a working file right away. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you in full.
- You received the wrong product: we'll send the correct file or refund you.
- You were charged twice by mistake: we'll refund the duplicate purchase.
When refunds aren't available
Because you get instant access to the files, we can't offer refunds if you change your mind after downloading, or for color differences caused by your printer, ink or paper. Please read the product description and preview images before buying.
Customers in the EU and UK
By completing your purchase, you ask for immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is available to you. This does not affect your rights if a file is faulty.
How to get help
Email us at infini255@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We usually reply within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
